Our retail store is located between Austin & Dripping
Springs on Highway 290 West. It is four miles West of Oak Hill on Highway
290. From Downtown Austin, take Loop 1 (Mopac) South and follow
signs toward
Johnson City or from I-35 South, Exit 290 West (Ben White)
and
follow signs towards Johnson City. Four miles PAST the
junction of Hwy 71 & Hwy. 290 West, we will be on the right hand
side (over the hill from the "Valero" Gas Station).

WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE GIFT SHIPMENTS WITHIN
TEXAS at regular shipping rates. Orders may still be
placed and will go out ASAP but we can only guarantee those
shipping within Texas. In all probability they will make it in time
for Christmas but we cannot guarantee it.
NOTE: For
those who have waited until the last minute: It is my thought
that it is always nice to extend the holiday between Christmas
& New Years Eve. Often, gifts arriving in this in-between
time are very well received because just when they think the gift
giving is done, here comes another gift! So rather than
killing yourself with expedited shipping charges, (which because of
gas & airline pricing will be VERY high this year) think about
"just being a little later"...often "after
Christmas gifts" are just as nice. Just a thought.
We ship UPS ground within the continental United
States and our rates are based on the shipping chart listed below. Please call to arrange for shipments outside the
continental US. Expedited services are available but at
additional costs. We do generally try
to ship the order out the same day it is received so expedited
services are not needed.

include the name, address & phone number of the person/company being
shipped to as well
as your own name, phone. If sending to a business address, please include

Shipments returned to
us by UPS
because of incorrect or incomplete addresses will cause
delay and be subject to an additional re-shipping charge + $5.00.

Our Shipping prices are
based on UPS rates and are as fair as we can make them. They
include our costs for packing, packaging materials & supplies as well as our UPS
costs. With the gas situation as it is, they are subject to
change. Certain orders will be subject to extra packing costs depending on item
& weight (IN-SHELL PECANS, cases of salsas, pickled products etc..) Some
items will require
additional packing charges.
